The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. There are lots of stairs even if you use the lift because there are stairs to access the lift and then stairs from the lift to the floor where the rooms are. The location was amazing beside the Trevi Fountain

We love the location as it is a minute from the Trevi Fountain. Also we loved the junior suite room. It was very spacious. There was no breakfast but we ate at the cafe right in front of the hotel. Overall, it is one of the best locations in Rome.

The staff was excellent totally committed to make sure you have everything happy to advise on restaurants taxis and the vast amount of sightseeing explaining the best options for us sadly we only stayed the one night as we had already stayed 3 night outside Rome thank you if we return to Rome wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again thank you

Glad I didn’t take all the negative reviews seriously. Great location and great service. Our room was clean and had great amenities like hot water kettle, espresso machine and hair dryer. We had a room that didn’t face the main/Trevi fountain street, so we did not hear loud noises from our room. Would stay again!

Right in the center

The property was walkable. The rooms were small but expected in Europe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The is no parking To get to the desk and 1st floor you have to walk up stairs

The only good thing about that hotel is the location. Apart from that, nothing else. So noise at night and in the morning from 5 AM it's a mess. You have to climb an inclined staircase with all your luggage to do the check in. the rom was super dirty full of dust, garbage inside the refrigerator with pieces of pizza and empty bottles which means they didn't clean!

Excellent location, right on the corner of Trevi Fountain. Super nice and friendly staffs, room is clean and quiet when the window is closed. The elevator is too small so we only used the stairs which is a challenge for weak people.

My husband booked this hotel for 2 nights after a cruise , it looked beautiful and also right next to Trevi fountain , when we arrived we couldn’t check in until afternoon which was stated anyway ,we left our luggage and came back in afternoon , the girl at reception told us to go up to 3rd floor to another staff member , who was nice she gave us the card for room , never said anything about free WiFi , that you couldn’t get breakfast , although they advertise that they do , the rooftop terrace is really small with bar prices at a very inflated rate , we went to room there’s no phone in room which is very unusual for a hotel , I opened mini bar fridge and there was a tub of gelato with spoon in it and a tub of fruit ( which had obviously been left ) the cleaner hadn’t checked the fridge there was tea / coffee but no milk , , couldn’t get Air conditioning to work room was roasting , shower didn’t work properly as there was no water pressure , and it needs a renovation , paintwork / wallpaper is dated , also it’s narrow stair case off the street with 4 stories there was a lift but that was old too !! I’m so disappointed with this hotel , the only good thing about it was the location !!Christine

I felt dissapointed with this hotel because I bought this hotel due to the view. Once we got there, the roof top was reserved for a bar and our breakfast was not being served there as it was supposed to be. They told us it was a technical problem and that wasn't true because the bar was funcitoning. THe main desk told us that we could visit the roof during the morning and we went, and then the person that serves breakfast rudely kicked us out. This was absolutely deceiving. Very dissapointed as I did not get what I paid for which is the view you are showing right here in this very same screen. Also, at night there is people running up and down stairs due to that bar and putting the guests safety at risk Terrible experience

There are a lot of shops and restaurants at walking distance. The hotel is less than a minute from the Trevi Fountain. The room was very spacious and clean.

I had to climb a flight of stairs with my suitcase to get to the reception desk.

Fun hotel for the one night we were there. Close to many tourist attractions and dining options but hard for taxi to get to due to pedestrian traffic. Very crowded area when we were there in July. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, ac worked very well and provided relief in heat wave. Downside depending on individual preference- it was very loud in our room until about midnight. We could hear and feel thumping of loud music from restaurants in street below us. The white noise on my phone masked it though and we slept fine. Hotel kindly stored our luggage between checkout and when our train departed that evening. In short, I’d stay here again.
