Perfect location, steps away from the Duomo, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Easy walk to other stores, and plenty of bars and restaurants . Friendly, and helpful staff, and the breakfast is excellent.

We stayed here for 6 nights. It is a wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent. Walking distance to the Duomo, shopping galleria, great restaurants. This is the hotel to stay in Milan.

When I book a hotel the most important things to me are location, breakfast included and AIR CONDITIONING.
This hotel has air conditioning HOWEVER I was informed that they would turn on the AC on April 15th when one of the busiest season (SALONE del Mobile) is over.
I had to open the window to be able to sleep because the room was very hot and uncomfortable, and the street is extremely busy and noisy with many restaurants and construction.
So it was not a pleasant stay. I will not recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful hotel--fantastic location, great staff, excellent buffet breakfast (so many cappuccinos!); we really enjoyed our two night stay here. Rooms had all amenities you could ask for and public spaces were lovely--we sat in the lounge area two evenings and really enjoyed ourselves. Safe and clean--will definitely stay here again on a return visit to Milan!

Reception personnel was very professional, welcoming and helpful. Amazing staff in the breakfast room: always kind, inviting, and professional. Maintenance staff super nice and very hard working. The hotel is located in the center of major attractions such as Duomo Cathedral and La Scala.

Nice hotel, clean, very close to Cathedral, shopping and dining - all upmarket though.
Staff - very unfriendly and reluctant to help, don't want to talk to you, just want to check you in and give you the key card to your room, not interested in answering questions about how to get from A to B, or call a taxi for you.
