Everything about this hotel was exceptional. great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. Excellent service. A huge THANK YOU to Sally at the bar / restaurant she was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. highly recommended this hotel. will be back for sure.

Decent hotel. But be aware. They took "pre authorisation" payment on check in AND then again on check-out. So you pay twice!!!
They are not engaging on returning the "pre-authorisation" payment. Very poor.

The staff were great at the Starhotel Ritz. When I needed help on a couple issues, the staff went above and beyond - they couldn’t have been more responsive. I liked the location, which is walkable from the central station, but right by Piazza Venezia. The only minus was the dated plumbing in the bathrooms but that’s a minor concern.

Milano was an unexpected, last minute decision in our multi week tour around Europe and the Ritz was a good fit for our needs, we know the brand and visit their hotels often enough and know what to expect. Location was convenient and getting our reservation sorted last minute was a breeze (thanx Expedia)
Food was excellent at dinner time and service was 10/10, breakfast was nothing to write home about but was ok I guess. Rooms were fine although TVs are a bit old and small and beds could be a lot more comfortable imo (being picky here)
Staff was super nice for the most part, with a few exceptions. All in all a pleasant experience, would recommend.

The hotel facility and room are in excellent condition. The hotel is located close to various means of transportation, Metro, trams and buses. The only complaint I have is the hotel is located in a back street away from the main attractions.
