not clean..everything..aircon, bed, etc..i give extra credit to the toilet..clean enough. the craziest thing is that they give you a refill mineral water..that means old bottle,new water only..damn..usually I throw mineral bottle to the bin after I use it.imagine that they take it from bin and give it to you all..i don't recommend you to stay here for more than 1 night..

Good environment & tidy. Hotel receptionists are also friendly and polite as well. Affordable with a price & worth to stay. Thank you.

The room is clean, there are many foodcourt in the morning, you can enjoy kolo mee and laksa..

I booked and paid via online on behalf of my family for two family rooms which is 1 queen bed + 1 single bed per room. But what they were given when they reached there were two superior rooms which is 2 single beds per room. The rates of these two rooms are different, so I went to the front desk to ask for the reasons as we paid according to the rates of family room which is rm200 extra. But the front desk guy just want to refund to us rm60 based on the walk in rates. He also include the extra mattress that they gave us which we never asked for it. The front desk guy told me that we were given the superior rooms because they've given the rooms that we booked to 'the last minute walk in' customer. We only can change our room to the family rooms on the second night of staying there but only discover that the air conditioner of the room is not functioning well. Plus, the water heater is also not functioning well. This is the worst hotel me and my family ever stayed!

Other than of friendly staff hotel, hotel looks nothing. Hotel look very old and room are musty and smelly. the bed sheet is looks dirty and most upsetting thing is the mineral water inside the room is just refill one. Luckly we only stay for 1 night.
