rooms were big enough for 3 adults and 1 child. breakfast just nice room carpet and toilet not so clean internet connection excellent 😊 very near petaling night market

Good service. But the room far from my expectations. Old building broken everywhere tv. Not working. I can’t sleep well because so scary less lightning on the room. I’m scared too much. I won’t to come here again

I was there 2 years ago, the room was clean, even it's an old hotel. Then, I came back here, and everything was absolutely changing!! I booked a family room with breakfast, but the breakfast is no longer available!! So why they keep offering the room with breakfast?! The room was damp, stinky, and the carpet was dirty!! We can't stand the bathroom, the water is yellowish, we had to brush our teeth with a bottled water. It's super duper old bathroom and scary!! We asked the staff to change our room, and the staff was strictly said no. We booked the room for 2 nights, but we checked out earlier and moved to a way nicer hotel. I didn't want to mess up our family holiday just by staying at the worst hotel we ever stayed at.

The room is comfortable and has air conditioning all the time, the wifi is really fast with 20mbps speed, but the bathroom is not what you expected, feels old and not clean with some stains everywhere. The room is quite small but still has a room a desk to place your laptop and a chair.

1 check in was too slow because using old system. 2 the room was too old and floor and wall got paint stained 3 bathroom also too old and scary 4 sometime the main door cant be opened 5 plus the bed was too dusty and bad smell 6 last but not least, the building was torn apart and dirty 7 lastly, the parking was very dirty and got Indian looks like gangster in front of the parking entrance.They charge you rm 5 and guess what, no receipt issued. totally barbaric. not recommend and don't ever dream to stay at this hotel

Our standard room is kinda creepy, but we are able to pay for another room with a window. But still the people in reception and in breakfast every morning is very accommodating, its sad for us to leave the hotel because they are truly kind. Every morning they assist us and tell us to go get more more. Thank you!
