I stayed on room without window, but no so clean. This hotel provide transport to airport. RM20 per pack.

From detail, fee of stay inclusive breakfast. But, unfortunately it not be available at hotel and package. Disappointed, because that's reason been chose this hotel. Hope to change detail

Spacious enough and clean. Helpful staff. The convenient store next door really helpful. I forgot to request a hair dryer so I called the front desk. The staff sent it to the room.

Hi, Sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience. We do provide airport transfer at a minimal fee from RM10.00 per person per way. You can actually put in a request while making the room reservation.

Everything its ok and really fit for stay 1 night only, the place not really far from KLIA so its perfect if you guys stay only for rest before flying or next flight. About the location a bit in the corner. But its easy to found this hotel with Google Maps. The Receptionist also helpful. Something its not big deal about TV Channel, but much better if there have International TV Channel. Because TV Channel here provide local Channel only.

We stay here only for 3 hours because of our flight schedule, the room was small but clean. Very recommended for transit hotel. 15 minutes to the airport.

the room is clean, bathroom also clean. but when I slept at night, sometime there were some noises, not sure what it was maybe there were construction done upstairs. so it made me hard to get sleep. they also provide shuttle for customers to go to the airport with cheap price compare to getting a taxi.
