Incredibly depressing place. From the reception to the windowless room with a single hanger, a TV with two (2) barely functioning channels and a sticky toilet. Not worth the money. Not representative of the hospitality of this beautiful country.

The washroom shower drain was completely clogged and the there was no channel available on the TV. Other than the above, the room was clean, aircon was great, everything was good.

Sadly, I wasn't able to stay there. I booked the room not knowing what an in transit hotel is. Because I was coming to the hotel from klia 1 I was not able to access the hotel.

Convenient location. V quiet rooms. However parts of the ceiling & walls were moldy. Limited TV stations. TV wouldn't turn off.

Holiday
The facility was easy to access, well presented, and very comfortable. With an 11 hour overlay, it was refreshing to have a bed to sleep in and a hot shower before the next part of our journey.
