Family vacation
Nos at recommend to others due to below points: 1/ Front counter service conducted by foreign workers, Bangladeshi I guess. It problem because he attend us with no smile, with sour face. I ask for an iron, and he just give me a rude answer "I don't no" instead of "I will check for you, and will send you the iron once it been returned" 2/ No lift. Not suitable for family with kids or older person. 3/ They ask for deposit RM20. Its a problem because they did not give any receipt. 4/ The room are at level 1. The stairs to the room was separated from the lobby and opened without lock. Anybody could enter the room hallway. This is insecure.

Good.. located near junction to highway Senawang. cheap booking. clean, big room but pipe pressure is low.

Family vacation
There is no water in the bathroom for more than 12 hours. Repeats for 2 nights. Rooms are not packed take garbage but do not come straight away. Ask for change of towels, unchanged. Horrible 3 days 2 nights stay for me who have 4 young children, I will not come back to this hotel and I would not recommend my friends / relatives to stay here. Sorry.

Air cond xukjuk. The airconds drip on the floor as the floodwaters, the room was not clean due to the previous shirt and pants ad.
