Nice place, worth with the price. It was comfortable for us (2 adults and 1 child), room space is big enough. The location is in Changkat Bukit Bintang. And just 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor, 2 minutes walk to Bubble Laundrette. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is good with Kuala Lumpur tower view, maybe already renovated, forgot to take photo of the pool. Recommended!

Room rate was a lil bit expensive but it was worth it. The room was big, clean, convenience, no cockroaches. The bathroom was good, clean, no water problems. Room can be cleaned every day, with new amenities and mineral waters each day. Location was just a few minutes from pavilion and you can go straight to KLCC through connecting bridge from the mall. It was just there was no international TV channel. Hotel is surrounding by bars so it was a little bit noisy at night but it was okay since I got room in higher floor. On my 3rd days staying, my room card was not functioning in elevator and also to open the room's door. Also this hotel really needs telephone from room. I can't call their given number when housekeeper forgot to put towels in my room. But it's solved when I mailed the receptionist (I was too tired to go downstairs). But overall this hotel is recommended. Definitely I'm gonna stay here again if I come to Kuala Lumpur next time.

Bad services hotel, the room is quite dark. There is no telephone in the room, so I went to lobby to ask a spoon, the receptionist said that they will send to room. But take very long time, I already eat with another ways without spoon. And when I arrived, the security & the bell boy not offering to help me to bring my luggages, I bring my 5 luggages alone. Bad hotel. You only won in location, the others were bad.

The hotel lobby is clean, fast service at check-in, at check-out it is still tolerated if you are late, max. 5 minutes. Clean room, hot shower, visible KL Tower from the window, but only had the towels changed once. What needs to be improved is when the waiter enters the hotel, the hotel security guard is very indifferent, less friendly and less responsive.
