The staffs all so friendly and kind. The room clean and new, everything just great! Good location only walking distance near melaka's main attraction 👍 Jonker Street just 1 minute walk, the bed also good and comfy, this is a small hotel with 4 floor but well maintenance and nice, will be back for another visit (they don't provide breakfast, but why do you need breakfast in hotel while you can explore Melaka's food from morning till evening 😆)

Room facilities not as we use to stay prior pandemic. All toiletries only can get upon receiving and no room cleaning service even stay for 2 nights. No more breakfast provided. Hot water issue and room space too small. Not happy with high charges but service out from expectations. We always stay in this hotel before pandemic but now regretted.

The lift and the shower heater is not functional …. Need to climb a stair to level 3 with all the stuff and kids …. However the receptionist are very humble and polite …. They already informed all the problems during check in …. But it still frustrated …. The location is very nice where it located centre of melaka ….
