I had most enjoyable stay here. The staff are nice and helpful. I like the one man, I forgot his name. He share and give me advice how better I go to SIC and what transport I can get. 3 night stayed here, near to ERL salak tinggi, klia, and sic. They also offered cheapest drop to klia only MYR5,5. And also shuttle car to SIC for drop and return only MYR30. Ah they also provided for breakfast only MYR11 with simple breakfast but that's enough for tummy :) and one more behind hotel you can easy to find warung nasi goreng and buffet kind of malay food, and it's so cheap. Thank you so much for make my vacay time more enjoy and easy.

We had the pleasure of staying here. The hiccup was only basic TV channels. Apart from that, all were ok.

Booked a night, fully paid and noted we would checked in after 11pm due to flight landed at 11pm. However we were denied checked in after midnight since it is past 12am. We have to find other hotel at midnight! The hotel didn't take into account that we need time to collect luggage and waited for transport from airport to hotel. Supposedly we have paid the room until 12pm the next day, thus the room should be available. Denied checked in, refund request was rejected, and bad customer service. All bad 👎🏻

Late check in not available here, because there quite long queue at KLIA, and I even cannot have password for the wifi from the receptionist. Bad service. Not come here again.

It was a good stay, staff is so nice and the room is quite big for standard double, also got a big toilet plus a table for you to eat.

I had a short stay for transit to early flight in KLIA2. The hotel was great. One of the reasons, I chose this hotel because the hotel provides shuttle service for RM 6 for one person. I called to book before checking in. the receptionist said I need to book 2 vans because one shuttle can normally serve 6 people but my group consisted of 18 people. I booked 2 vans for airport transfer for a group of 18 people for RM 160. one of the driver was very impolite, Man with no smile and drove very fast. When, I arrived he asked me to pay for the ride and I said I had already paid with a male receptionist in the hotel, he didn't believe me and called his boss. His boss also asked me to pay, and I said again I had already paid. I said I had the receipt and showed it to the driver. I had no idea whether It was his way of trying to do a scam because I felt really intimidated by his way of asking. I was also wondering why he did not try to call the hotel instead of asking me so many times. I also felt relieved that I asked for the receipt and brought it. If only I lost the receipt I do not know what happen to me. They might even ask me to pay. Lesson of the day, I think the hotel have to choose the van they are associated with. for me, this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. As a group of tourists visiting Malaysia, KL especially, I and my group did not feel welcome at all.

Family vacation
This hotel was really nice, and decoration was fun! There was plenty of food around the place too. Just keep in mind that it now costs MYR 45 minimum to take Grab from the airport.
