Accommodation Policy & General Information in Villa Samadhi by Samadhi – Adults Only
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

2. Parking Facilities Car parking within the precinct is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are to park at their own risk and to fully assume any loss or damages to their own vehicles parked on and off residence grounds.
3. Maximum Guests Per Room Each room is only allowed a maximum of 2 adults. Villa Samadhi Kuala Lumpur reserves a full right to collect additional payment or decline the booking if guests are traveling with more than 2 persons per room.
4. Check-in and Deposit A refundable deposit of MYR 500 per room per night will be verified upon check-in, and the remaining amount that’s unutilised will be returned upon check-out. Deposits can be paid by cash or any major credit card. Debit cards and cheques are unfortunately not accepted.
5. Samadhi Philosophy All of our rooms are built based on Samadhi’s philosophy of preserving the sanctity of its natural surroundings. Kindly be informed all rooms have different layouts and designs. No two rooms are the same. Any specific request related to room layout such as corner room, indoor/outdoor plunge pool etc, or specific room number, will be strongly subject to availability upon arrival. We also do not use single-use plastic. You are encouraged to bring your bottle.
6. Swimming Pool Please note that our swimming pool is not fenced off and no lifeguard is present at the swimming pool. This may require a higher level of supervision during the stay and while using the swimming pool.
7. Privacy and No-visitor policy Access to Villa Samadhi Kuala Lumpur and usage of the facilities are solely for in-house guests only. In-room visitors or on-property parties as well as overnight guests are strictly prohibited.
8. No-Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind is strictly not allowed in the rooms and balconies. A cleaning fee of MYR 500 per room will be charged if guests are found violating our policy.
