The room was okay and the food is fine. However, I had trouble with the special requests I placed in my booking. In spite calling Victoria thrice and having an agreement and confirmation from the person whom I spoke to regarding our desired check out time, I was surprised that the person who I spoke to told me that they cant accommodate the check out time we preferred. But what was really concerning is his tone when he told me that he will have to verify that with the manager. And so, I called the manager and spoke to her about what happened. My request was granted and she also talked to the person who I spoke to, to be mindful with his tone in situations like that. To avoid confusions and misunderstandings, I suggest they document everything when a customer is calling them.
