Functioning are not functioning. The room smells chlorine and cigarettes where in it is a no smoking room. And there 's a cigarette bud.

No electricity in all rooms. They should be stating that as well in the website. Room is very dirty I don't think they clean the room before accepting booking. Weve found 2 used condoms inside the room. We raised the issue to the front desk officers but deadma lng.

The bathroom is so dirty and the door on the cr has no lock. Hallway you can cat poop and cat smell.

The hotel location is good as it is close to the heart of the city however aside from that, the room we got was a bit dark, comfort room was not clean enough, AC was noisy and wasn't functioning well. Room rate was cheap so I guess, we got what we paid for.

First, I was reserved on the 5th floor and the elevator was non-functional. Second, towels were not prepared in the room so I had to walk up and down the stairs to get some. Third, I was given only two and we were three in the room! Fourth I had to buy shampoo and water separately. Fifth, the bathroom sink was clogged! Sorry, I was totally disappointed.

the room is big, bed nice pillow not. the comfort room is very old but clean. the location of the hotel is very good it is the center of Cebu city

The hotel looks really old and creepy. The staff were unwelcoming and slightly rude. The hallways are dark and messy. I don't recommend this place at all.
