Overall, it was a good hotel. The location is close to the bus station, and so many food options around the neighborhood. But the downside is that the TV is still old (no netflix or youtube).

All good aside from lack of communication as I need to constantly remind them to make up my room during my stay, and only 1 time they make up my room.

The lobby smell cigrate, not enough trash bin and not have phone to call help desk.

This hotel very nice, recommendedfor you who find out hotel, cause near with bus station. You can buy foods and drinks around it. Just a few step you find market. Room so large, clean, and good service. ⭐.

Guy at Front counter very rude due to last minute I bring my daughter (3rd person in 1 room) but we are check-in late at 4 am. At first he didn't allow but then he told us make sure the 3rd person must out from hotel at 10am😡. The room is very bad condition, shower room no floor mat, TV only have 3 channels, air-con is not cold. Next day to replenish 2 sachet of 2in1 coffee staff need to take photo🤦Only given 1 key, Mineral water have to collect at Front desk. We requested make-up room but never done! At night very noisy due to beside Karaoke club! We will not stay there and recommend to our friends😡

My room is didn't make up anymore after I'm back to the hotel. I has been push the make up button in my room and actually didn't do by Housekeeping Staff. I met the staff in this afternoon but her told me, should confirmation to Front office first regarding cleaning the rooms. I'm really not understand about this. How come? And The hotel regulations in my room is mention " For Housekeeping, please turn on the cleaning button. Hahahaha. Never come for this hotel.
