Receptionist are fluent in english and very helpful, room clean enough and the bed is good for me. Room Size is enough for single room. Will be back there someday 👍

this hotel is awesome, the staff very kind and helpful. there are coin laundry, and dispenser every floor. strategic hotel, can shopping at pratunam with walk only 5-15 minutes. the room is clean. many food and massage around. so easily..

Although this hotel building is quite far from main street and in the corner, but it has a strategic location. Near seven eleven, pratunam market area, platinum, and some malls, all just with walk distance of course. This hotel has a clean room and bathroom (provide us with toiletries), aircon work well, wifi is fast, has lift and also free weigher for our own luggage. Their staff is friendly and serve us with warm smile. We arrived at about 1 pm but can easily check in and because we have a morning flight so we check out very early in the morning and still they serve with smile. Will stay here again when I come back to Bangkok for shopping someday :)

If I revisit Krungthep then I will definitely stay here. Great for traveling alone as this lodge offers single rooms. The only minus point (kind of) is that it was so, so difficult to find. You almost can't see it when wandering on Soi Phetchaburi 19. Look for Benz house instead.

My stay was good, although the facility could be better. There were some moulds in the bathroom, the drainage was slow, and sometimes the water stops for a short time. But for the price its good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just the bathroom needs more cleaning and upgrading.

Clean, quiet, safe, within walking distance of about 10 minutes to night market market/shopping complexes, restaurants, canal pier, bus stops, massage area, train station, etc. Room is small, however price is reasonable. Receptionist very friendly & helpful. Breakfast OK (toast, cereal, fried rice/noodle/pasta/porridge, etc). Hot & cold water dispenser outside the room. Weighing machine for airport luggage. Good choice for those on budget travel.

Thanks to Alicia who was kindly helpful since day 1. The location is really strategic for shopping and 80 % of all are indonesian. I love the breakfast day 2 fried rice with sunny 🥚🍳. Definitely will come back again. I'm doing the laundry there for 30 baht and 30 baht drying. Free flow water dispenser every floor and unlimited coffee.

The room is quite clean, you can book a car with the address next to Benz House. I am extremely grateful to the staff here. We had a great experience thanks to the help of the male Receptionist 🥰 I will book the hotel again when I comeback to Thailand.

The room was okay but the air conditioner not really cold and a bit noisy sound. For single room looks like big but the standard queenbed room so small. Abit smelly. Near pratunam and platinum mall
