H2 Hotel

Friendly staff, tidy room, reasonable price, everything is good, but why it does not have any hair dryer huhuhu? Anw I will re-book this hotel for the next time

1) Receptionist are not nice anymore 2) Old hotel and facility 3) There is noisy from air condition

There aren't coffee and tea in the morning, water heat is broken, water boiler is broken, tv isn't working telephone also not working.. And the big problem is = last day, all water is stop! Really not recommend

Horrible experience! Our stay here is terrible. All of the staff here was rude! We thought that this hotel will make our stay memorable since we are celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. But we was wrong. This hotel was a nightmare! My gf lost her iphone x inside a taxi when we were dropped off at this hotel. Since we are tourists, we asked them to help us locate the taxi via cctv so we can check with the police. However their reply to us was “you want to call police? Call by yourselves. You can buy sim card at 7eleven” we clearly told them that we lost the phone so it will be useless to buy sim then their response is “that’s not our problem anymore”. Whit this, you can check how rude their staff was. Also, before we travel to Bangkok, we called the hotel to inform them that we will be availing late check out til 8pm since our flight will be at 2300H. They clearly told us over the phone that it will be 500baht til 8pm. Upon check in they confirmed that our check out would be at 8pm and they will charge us 500baht. They also upgraded our room (which we didn’t ask) since based on our voucher it will be buffet breakfast but they don’t have buffet they only have packed foods. But upon check out, the rude lady receptionist called us in the room that they will be charging us 1350 baht as payment for the late check out since our room was a premium suite! Looks like our upgraded room will be charged to us! They are inconsistent with what they are saying. They don’t have a manager there so expect that no one will show up if you’re going to look for a manager! Be careful and don’t book a room here if you want your bangkok trip to be ruined! If there will be zero rating my rate for this hotel was negative 1!

No wifi and hotel service was extremely bad.

Unprofessional staff but friendly. The room obviously should not be in condition to use for service: it is old and decadent. The room is unclean. I changed the room once and even they upgraded the room for me there was still a pile of cement dusts on the floor. The parking is not really a parking lots, you literally just park alongside the wall of hotel. I even checked out prior to the checkout date for two days and find another hotel

Old and smell very bad. Arrived in the night and parking was not enough. Never want to go back again.
