Staffs are friendly, room is pretty decent, working table is quite spacy, location is great-1min walk to 7 eleven and busy street with various food stalls/restaurants/massage parlors, 15mins walk to either Sala Daeng BTS or Chong Nonsi BTS. Wifi is horible, table lamps don't work, a tiny little cockroaches running around.

Great location, clean bedsheet, good air conditioning. Pleasant stay.

Staff is really good but air condition is noisy.

I found many size and a lot of cockroach in every area. I have no picture to upload because of I check out immediately after check in.

Make sure the airconditioner is cold before you unpack!

The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful; the cleanliness is perfect and the room is new.

This would have to be hands Down the worst run hotel I have ever stayed at, in 20 years of traveling and staying at 5*/4* and 3* hotels motels resorts and bnb this is by far the worst I have stayed at, please avoid at all costs. We called the hotel prior to arriving there to see if we could possibly check in half an hour earlier they said no we couldn't, we were met with stiff residence. Then when we arrived I was hit up with a 1000 baht charge to pay for my keycard to enter my room, this charge was not made aware to me at the time of booking but despite there numerous attempts to persuade me to pay it they said I have to pay it. Then when it come to my room, I booked a executive suite which has a separate kitchen and in the photos they show pictures of a plate bowl cutlery and cooking utensils fry pan so on. When I entered my room I couldn't find any of those things, I asked there bell boy were do they keep them he said you need to pay for it? So I asked what about a spoon and a bowl for my baby he said that would cost you 500 baht and if I wanted everything I saw in the photos that would cost me an additional 1500 baht, once again this was not mentioned at the time of booking the room. Then I saw the bed skirting looked like it has never been changed there what appeared to be stained on it, I called them to my room to see they said sorry, I asked what are you going to do they said we can't do anything now, you have to wait till tomorrow? Then while I was walking around the room barefoot I noticed the soles of my feet turning black, then I grabbed one of my daughter's baby wipes and wiped the floor and it also turned black, the floor was incredibly dirty probably never gets wiped down. After that they offered to change our room but we had to wait a day and they weren't going to send someone to clean it we would have to live in this filth. Then we changed room the next day after two more days passed I asked why have we not had a room service, they said we don't offer that, I said we have no toilet paper, and we need new towels and our bins are over flowing, they came to the room and I showed them and they said you will have to pay for more towels if you need more I said I just want these changed they said you have to pay and they said we have a list of prices, I was amazed they have gone to such lengths to compromise a list of charges for the most basic items you would expect in any hotel. I asked again what about toilet paper that would cost 180 baht then what about my bins they said sorry we can't change them you will have to wait till you check out omg, they said sorry it is the management here they are so strict they wont allow us to provide any service without charging the customer and it has to be done by a certain time omg. I will never stay at this hotel or any other hotels it is affiliated with, this hotel is by far the worst run, dirty hotel I have ever stayed in.
