Good, Helpful Staff, Very friendly receptionist and Breakfast has different variety. Not only Bedroom spacious but also living room area. Very enjoyable trip as near hotel, many attractions places to visit like King Power Maha Nakhon.

Most happy staying here, all staff are very welcoming and the hotel location is very strategic. My room was cleaned every day and the waiters were friendly. I will stay here again in Bangkok.

I booked a room and requested a room with a high floor and a nice view, but when I checked in, the room had a bad smell and dirty towels, along with a very bad view. That's the view of the canopy, covering everything outside. I would have accepted that room if I hadn't asked for it in the first place. When I feedback to ask to change the room, the afternoon staff informed me that the room was full and could not be transferred. Actually, I've been traveling a lot and I checked on the booking sites and the room was still available. On the second day, when I was really unhappy, they moved me to a better room. There are some very friendly staff, especially the door man, but there are some receptionists who are not devoted to customers. Okay experience

Accommodating staffs and are also Filipino. Room at the 3rd floor and lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage, good thing there's a man to bring it up as I was alone when I arrived. Great location in Silom. Walking distance to night market, restaurants and spas.

Good clean functional hostel in good location with friendly helpful staff. Only neg is the dorm beds are hard.
