Pullman Bangkok Hotel G

Very good hotel and best location to stay in bangkok.

My credit card was charged for 11.059,08 bath without confirmation. Until I complained this evening (one day before I check out). The manager said, the staff at the receptionist (when I checked in on 4 July) thought I haven't paid for my stay. For your information, I already put 4000 bath as deposit when I checked in and the check in staff confirmed that the hotel was already paid by Agent. As a 5 star hotel, they should be active to give an excellent service to their guests. If there was a mistake at the room payment, they should notice earlier and settle it as soon as possible. Don't wait until your guest comes to the receptionist and talk with your manager. At least, the manager admitted the mistake and my money will be refunded.

One of the 5 star hotels with the best service in bangkok, providing convenience to customers, a very strategic place in the entertainment center of silom bangkok, the rooms are also clean and complete. Not happy with the service at the Scarlett bar, but overall stay at the hotel wasn't bad, except orders 4 simple meals, omelets on rice took More than hours to do so.

This is mine third time to stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. First time felt the need so improvement. I think the hotel need to maintain the facility or room already. First day the bathtub handrail broken, and when evening I take a bath, the toilet flood, because the water pipe had been stuck. But once I report the problem, it had been solve quickly. And thanks for the birthday cake.

The hotel’s team provided excellent support service to me and my daughter who was hospitalized overnight due to her allergic reaction to prawn. Thank you all and my daughter appreciated the flower gift sent to her room. We’ll always have fond memories of our stay at Pullman G Bangkok.
