The first impression when we checked in has been very disappointing, wherever we check in was never requested immigration form, requested only enough passport. But in this hotel we was asked for the immigration form, where if we do not carry it, cannot check in process, while one of our members keep in suitcase and luggage lock is a problem, when we arrived it is late and tired want to rest, complicated problem like this. And the staff who received the check in were very unkind, opening the passport rudely. And when we want to check out, power out until check out, approximately 2 hours.

The hotel is private. Clean rooms, non-smoking. There is a swimming pool, fitness center within the building, comfortable parking, free wifi. The air inside the hotel is very good.

Friendly staff The service is very good, both the cleaning staff and the receptionist, the clean room, parking lot, but the breakfast may not be right for Thai people. May be due to a lot of tours

The location is in the deep alley. Must have a private car The room is more like a daily apartment than a hotel. The staff didn't care about the guests and didn't help. There is only one person that looks old and has a security guard. Only the swimming pool is just like having enough to play. Breakfast is good with fried basil. At this price, there are a lot more interesting hotels in Phuket.

Large room, cool air, nice receptionist There is a minimart in front of the alley. Near the old central city, convenient to travel, not difficult to find. The disadvantage is that the room does not keep sound when other rooms do not close the door, there will be alarms all the time.

The staff speak good service and upgraded room suite is spacious, clean, very good bed to sleep 3 people, but also that extra beds. It is like a mattress, a sofa, a crevice in the middle. And then after I did okay, that should be particularly soft bed. Not worth paying to bed. Stay far away from a lot Located deep in the alley If walking is not easy and there is no bus pass. For those who put their own family.
