Very nice service, staff here very good profasinal, housekeeper very kind. Hotel clean brekfast good .alitle far from downtown but if you stay here will inlove them.

1. Bedding stuffs , pillows, blankets, mattress, including baht room items were in good quality not too hard not too soft just nice and right. Made me felt like home. 2. The room was clean and nice as seen on pictures. 3. In room wifi was great. Yee ha, I could watch UEAFA Champion league most of the match without any jittering. Many hotels in Nongkai, Thailand provide in room wifi, but not as good as Tanzeno. 4. The location was great, near to Thai Laos bridge with easy access to the town center, where restaurants and cafe' are. 5. All you can eat a la cart breakfast was a little less variety to choose, but taste and quality was fine and very sanitary. I would suggest reservation this hotel using app to get more economy room rate.

Overall was good.Got free bike rental. New and clean room.Breakfast have many Thai food dishes. The WiFi password in the room was typo so we cant access till we come down to the receptionist and verified the typo mistake.
