Hopefully for the group checking always put in the same level. They always came in corridor to knock the door each others and speak so louder never respect the other room still resting. Other things fine and good, just some group travelling make me uncomfortable with the noises. Thanks

room is good very clean but always problem ac, shower, and the staff can not english. so make me complicated when I need something. Tv mostly thailand language. so I am disappointed. will not come again this hotel. supervisor very helpful

Actually, it's so beautiful and smell in the whole hotel is good. But 1. Lifts are always crowded in the evening with arrival Chinese guests and had to wait long time. 2. Some of the light switches in the room have been making strange noises and losing so that needed to maintain. That's it. Anyway thanks for having as a convenient place.

Good sleep at night. Many food around this hotel. Hot water for bath, it’s great. Only the food at breakfast is so..so lah...clean hotel. Good and nice person

Very good...I get good room on number 1221. The view city light is good from my room. My room have living room complete with microwave, refrigerator. Staff is good also and very helpful. On bottom floor have 24 hour supermarket, close with seven eleven and Mc D, and many seller for cloths, scarf so no need to every where. If ypu travel for business like me, don't have time to go every where, can do shopping in hotel cause price compatible and okay

The hotel is good, MRT, BTS in front of the hotel. Good service, varied and delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and nice. Next time we go to Bangkok, we will stay at this hotel again.
