I was not impressed by the services. It was confusing and not convenient for the folio document. Each staff said different thing. The room was okay. Breakfast was okay but taste was not quite good as its appearance.

Good service. One night the electric fuse broken and the room black out. They correct the situation with politeness and effective. The room is clean.

Good and kind service with less staffs but efficient and know how. Breakfast is ok but should change for variety. Room is clean and meet the good standard. Over all are well satisfaction.

The aircon was not adjustable. It had to be too cold (like 17 degree) or too hot (turn off the aircon). As a result, I slept less than 4 hours from keep turning off and on the aircon. Another annoying thing is the hygiene of the blanket (asked for replacement 2 times). The only good thing in this hotel was the friendly staffs.
