We highly appriciated when we were upgraded to higher level than the room we booked with Family room for 3 people. Room is large and clean. The hotel is great ideal since it has good location just 3 mins walking to reach the beach and the busy street Tran Phu with many shops, restaurants and be easy to catch a taxi. Breakfast is good with lots of choices and spacious seats. Staffs are nice and helpful when they recommended us book Vinpearl land tickets at the hotel with the same rate then we didn't have to wait and make a long line at Vinpearl. also they guide us to a local restaurant with fresh sea food, Only little things you should be care when you stay at this hotel, there is a small swimming pool on roof top 20th floor and almost rooms have normail or city views instead of sea views cause the hotel is in an alley. This hotel is value of money if you don't ask too much. We will stay again next time.
