I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, everything was very satisfied, the room was clean, the swimming pool was spacious, the staff were very enthusiastic. About 5-7 minutes by car from the center, there is Long Cung beach right near the resort, which is very convenient

Quiet space, clean bedroom. There is a large swimming pool with a reasonable depth so you can swim as you please. Extremely friendly staff!! There are many benches or cafes in the area to watch ornamental fish. Everyone should book

About 5km from the center of Vung Tau (front beach) 7km from back beach, the Resort is clean, the receptionist is very enthusiastic, the campus is quite large and the swimming pool is large, the breakfast is diverse including dishes such as fried rice, vermicelli, noodles. Tieu... 150m from Long Cung beach, however because this beach is still wild and has quicksand holes, please be careful when swimming. I'm also the type who knows how to swim quite well, but when I step on the quicksand pit, I'm quite scared, but overall, the resort part is quite okay. Vote 5 stars

too bad. 1. When I arrived, I was given an air-conditioned room that could not be cooled. 2. After 2 hours of struggle, I was given a room with poor soundproofing, the house sang karaoke all day, and my children couldn't sleep. 3. lots of mosquitoes.

The air conditioner is broken, we change you to another room, you do not agree, you just like to stay close to your friend's room.
We called the air conditioner repairman to come, about 2 hours to fix it, you are dissatisfied again. Any problems can happen, we don't say that to justify our air conditioning problem, but share it with you.
The soundproof room is not good we received, basically the same everywhere, my friend, really, the karaoke sings, that day they also travel like you - the neighbors sing everywhere, around 10 o'clock they I just turned off karaoke, I happened to be on the right day when they karaoke, it's really bad luck (usually they don't always sing)
Mosquitoes are correct, but not many, and then there are mosquito sprays (ask the staff to spray) or there are mosquito nets in the room.

hotel in general also dc. There is a swimming pool and spacious rooms. However do not like the management attitude. Touch anything is also surcharge. not flexible for guests. If you have children in your home, please note that the app doesn't make a clear note. Room only accepted for adults. children are not counted. Children 5 years old coming there will be charged extra for no reason. Therefore, families with small children 2 or 1 child 6-7 years old accompanied by parents are also charged an surcharge of 200k/child. I find it absurd because the house of 2 vkck 1 child should not have booked a big room. Book 1 double bed room 2vkck 1 child but also charged extra

Thank you for staying and commenting, I would like to have some ideas as follows
1. The surcharge is correct (for example, the surcharge for early arrival, late arrival outside the standard hours 14h00 pick up - 12h00 pay), our side is extremely flexible, can be easily for example 12h get free, however, depending on the winter day and few guests.
2. Children under 6 years old are free, from 6 years old are counted as adults.
3. A sister of 3, the child sleeps with (the child is younger than 6) is ok, from 6, sleeps an extra bed, charges the room rate for 3 people (however, some guests keep telling me to sleep with my parents, so that I don't depend on you. Autumn, the resort doesn't agree), what can be the reason, I don't know, but the surcharge of 200k / child is reasonable.

I have trouble booking 3 large rooms in this hotel. Friday night at 20:00, I booked 3 rooms to stay with my family for Saturday vacation. Due to the urgent situation to prepare for tomorrow, I did not pay close attention to the check-in date, so the default set check-in date was Friday noon while when I checked in it was already 8 pm. Saturday morning - 10am, when I came to check in, I found out that I had booked the wrong day 1 day before. I ask the hotel for support to change the check-in date to July, what can I compensate for the extra fees or refund because I have not checked in, have not used 3 rooms of the hotel. However, the hotel side from the receptionist to the manager still refused, still wanted to swallow the money. The hotel attitude lacks goodwill, does not cooperate, and is provocative that even if she asks for travelola support, she will not solve it. So the hotel does not care about customer experience, does not want to keep guests. Wanting to eat money from guests like that even though I begged and begged. That's a lot of money to me. It's sad to have such an unworthy incident.
