I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were spacious, and the quiet, private location made it even better. Highly recommended!

The room is okay but quite expensive compared to the quality of the room. Double rooms are not well soundproofed. The double rooms are all in the basement, which is quite damp. The only good point is the polite and enthusiastic staff

I booked a deluxe double room with balcony. When I checked in, I came out like this. Called the receptionist and was told that the room on my side with a balcony was sold out. So why don't you notify guests when you book a room with a balcony? If the room doesn't have a balcony, I book a superior room because it's cheap. Why should I book a deluxe? When the guest comes to the room other than the room they booked, they say the same thing???? Not satisfied with the service. The hotel please review this situation. Thank.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view. Not too far from the center. Convenient location for transportation. New, complete facilities.

The staff are really enthusiastic and polite. There is an elevator, a bathtub, and it's beautiful. The hotel is near Xuan Huong Lake, the square, and Da Lat market. It takes about 6-7 minutes by car to arrive. Cloud hunting view cafes are also close by, about 7 minutes by car from Tavi. Car rental is also available. Next time I go, I will book this hotel again.

The rooms are fully equipped, clean, have a view of the cage house, the restaurant staff is enthusiastic, due to few guests, the hotel does not serve breakfast buffet, however the set menu is quite good, overall the experience is good. I'm quite good
