The location is perfect in the middle of old quarter. The room quite spacious and clean although the interior style not modern, but it is in old quarter so maybe the interior should complement the area 😀. The bed were big, we book the family room for 4 persons. Our room has a balcony which we can see the main road of the old quarter. A little bit confuse to find the hotel since the name of Hanoi de Maison not found in google map, but you can try Hanoi Gratify Hotel, I think they just changed their name recently. They also have several services like motorbike rental, laundry, and also several tours.

1. They mistook our booking with another guest, and we had to wait more than 45 mins to get the room. 2. The room was fine, but really old. Towels were not clean. 3. Then the day after they asked us to move to another room since “this room is booked”. My booking was for 2 days, and they were the ones who took us into that room, so I had no idea why they said that room was booked (by someone else) Over all with the same price range there are much better other options both in term of room quality and hotel service.

Room is not clean. Bed Linen was yellow and had dirt spot. I asked to change but the other was the same. Wont return to this hotel

The television didn't worked and the man at the reception asked for apology and promised to fix it tomorrow..the location a little bit far. The hotel closed the door at 12 at night and I don't know why. The hotel a little bit smelly, I don't like it. And I got a spooky room. I asked for airport transfer because I had a morning flight and they charged me about $22 and said it would hard to grab a taxi in the morning so better I accepted their offered, I already said before I had domestic flight and their taxi dropped us at international airport and that's wasted my money and time to move to domestic airport depart..
