Nice room, the family room consists of a sitting area, but there is no view to the room, no natural light coming in, but still a good place to come back to rest after a day of visiting sites. The hotel is also at a very good location, it is a short 15-minute walk to the lake, the market and everything.

We booked 5 nights Deluxe Double room from 26/3-31/3/23. We we're thankful to the hotel management upgraded 3 nights to Junior Suite room which is spacious 50m2. The location is convenient with restaurants & winmart nest doors. The staffs were attentive and professional. Will come back to stay at this hotel.

The hotel does not meet 4* standards, the facilities are only #2.5*; the room in the picture has a window but in reality it is fake, stuffy... Poor breakfast, not worthy of a 4* hotel; the hallway lights are off due to having to save electricity, the receptionist tries to argue with the guest about not turning on the hallway lights due to having to save electricity, even though the guest had to fumble around in the dark to get into the hotel room, then turned on the lights but with a resentful and unpleasant attitude. When checking out of the hospital, the receptionist stood there, not caring or helping to push the luggage to the car... the hotel does not meet 4* standards; the service quality is too bad. In general, I will never return to this hotel again.

Clean room, delicious and varied breakfast, near the market. Overall OK, if you go to Da Lat, you should stay here.

New hotel built 2-3 years ago, central area near the market, clean, convenient to eat and drink, 5-7 minutes walk to Xuan Huong Lake. The staff is cheerful and friendly, the room is quite spacious, has windows, especially 2-way air conditioning. Breakfast is quite delicious, many dishes. Will continue to support.
