I'd book the deluxe room in private area. Then when I arrive, they gave me the room inside the block with so many connected rooms around. The other rooms in surrounding my room were empty, not were occupied, but the cleanness were not really good. Beside, I'd to paid much money for the tickets to entrance the National Park, includes the taxi driver, who live and work in the area, one for the arrival day and once more in the leave day. I even have to paid the parking fee for twice, even I didn't not parking there for a second. The ticket man talk me that I should show all the receipts to the hotel reception to reclaim the fee, but the receptionist denied to pay me back. The staffs were friendly, helpful, but some of them need some approval to deserve with 5* resort standard.

It was such a great getaway from the noisy busy city. The resort itself locates literally inside a huge national park which is very quite and peaceful. The infinity hot water swimming pool is wonderful.

Melia Ba Vi is a great place to rest if you need a retreat from your busy life. Room and service are good, however dinner does not have many options and is a bit boring.

Great family vacation, all hotel services make me satisfied. Thank you very much to the front desk and room service for supporting our house during this short trip. Tip for families with young children should call the resort in advance to ask for the weather forecast, sunny weather will be very suitable for fun.

The toilet was slippery, 2 adults in my family fell in the toilet, one was barefoot and the other was wearing slippers. The barefoot person slipped when stepping from the bathtub to the toilet floor, hit his hand on the wooden bar, red-dented and very painful. In addition, the restaurant is slow to serve, order water from the beginning of the meal, but it is not until the customers finish eating and then bring the water out, which at that time was not crowded. The restaurant does not find the food to be normal, more European, there are still many flying insects at night, the 18-degree air conditioner is not cool enough to cover the hotel blanket because it is still hot. T booked on the app was 3 million, but went to the hotel to see the listed price list was 2 million VND
