Bathroom of superior double room is not really comfortable. The shower cabin is so small.

Nice and clean hotel! Located in the heart of city, right next to Lotte Mart! But It gets noisy in morning due to traffic and children, people in the hotel!

First, in my booking I booked double bed because in the description it said double bed or 2 single bed, if you don't request 2 single beds by a tick, it has to be a double bed. But when i arrived they said because i don't choose the type of bed, so they think 2 single, but there was no tick for double bed.
Second, they ask me pay extra to upgrade the room to deluxe double bed if i want 1 bed because there are no room available at 3pm for 150,000vnd. I'm ok with it.
Ti;l I went to deluxe double room, there was no hot water, I asked receptionist to check it, they sent a person but not technician to check by looking at the water then she said she will report to receptionist and feedback to me right away.
I waited for 15’ without any feedback, I called then receptionist said she can't contact technician... OMG.
I asked to change room, then she’s ok without noticing me she switched me to superior room until I called and asked. Then she tell me that I only pay 50,000vnd for this type of room instead of 150,000vnd.
Last, the day I checked out, receptionist asked me to pay 100,00vnd and i asked why yesterday told me 50,000vnd and now i had to pay 100,000vnd, then she explained she only said deducted 50,000vnd from 150,000vnd... OMG.
Never recommended to anyone to stat at this hotel
