Staff did not pay attention to room arrangement hence no Sea view room was arranged as requested. Also called to reception ask for tower and no one brought anything to the room. Bad service.

The new building (sea view) is nice and clean. Nice food (except breakfast which doesn’t have many options and soon out of stock) at the restaurant. 5 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins walk to the ferry station.

It's not deluxe seaview room as I booked. It's almost mountain view. I asked another room but they said no available room. I am not happy for this. The price for mountain/city view is different with the price for deluxe sea view.

Facilities is not good. Receptionist is quite rude, even though we made payment via online site already, the way he requested more information for clarity is quite impolite. Won't come back next time.
