I have had a great day in this hotel. It is so great place to stay. The hotel is near the center, beside the river and convinces to go for dinner or lunch. But it's restaurant is so old and a little but dirty. The swimming pool is so small and it is not really beautiful any more. I saw a lot of bricks there. I think they are rebuilding some places. And hope that is growing better.

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night for myself and my parents. While the room itself was fairly clean, the toilet was not at all !! Someone used the toilet and peed all over the place that left the toilet seat covered with urine :((((. I immediately reported the issue to the Reception then went out for dinner. Upon my return, I realize they only cleaned the outer half of the toilet seat... yep, the inner half was still covered with urine ! So, I had to clean the da** toilet seat myself. Not happy with my stay at all !!

The hotel looks old from outside and the lobby looks out of touch. When I arrive, the reception counter was unattended so I had to wait for 10 minutes until someone finally noticed. Funny thing is I could hear the manager was having a proud improvement speech on the second floor. The hotel clearly shows its age. There are stains on the floor and on the carpet. That's about everything bad about this place. Everything else is just great. Location is great and super easy to find. My room has a ocean view which is decent and attracts good lightning in the room. Except for the carpet, everything is super clean as you could expect from a 4 star hotel. It's off season when I stayed here so I didn't see anyone except when having breakfast. I woke up early and breakfast was great with a lot of choices. I would love to come back here someday.
