Helpful and super friendly front office and HK staff. Nice support whenever. Great facilities. Wonderful trip at Xavia. I will recommend this hotel for sure.

Friendly staff, room is comfy, I really enjoy the balcony, it got great landscape view. There are many tourists stay here so elevator can be a bit cramped in peak hour.

If anyone ask me about good hotel in Nha Trang, I can skip answers but anyone aske me about bad hotel in Nha Trang, absolutely I have answer myself. That's Xavia hotel Nha Trang. I'm also working in hospitality industry. Step pre-check in: 7/10, no mention benefit but always mention money-money and fee-fine. Step in house: Full amenities in room, clean, spacious room, nice view. 9/10. I think, I don't expect to any thing in here because this is 4-stars hotel Viet Nam-reasonable price. It 's okay. Step check out: I always think of paid done room before come here so why pre-check in not mention about that? Okay I can skip. However, he strong voice and highlights in back up from online agent? I very shy and shameful so that compose angry and silence after then I paid room for him and I don't want to see his face. At the moment, my speaking I don't want to back there and not high recommend for destination guest or foreign guest come there and booking room there. Thank you!
