Staff is very friendly and accommodating, complete equipment in the room.

This is a family friendly hotel. Near kinshicho station, near Mall that has the biggest baby shop name Akachanhonpo, so many coffee shop, there is lawson, 711 and family mart beside and in front of the hotel. This hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea, also limousine to and or from HND airport and NRT airport. Was an awesome experience!

The hotel & rooms are clean. It 's located near Kinshicho JR & metro station, near seven eleven convenience store, Yoshinoya restaurant & supermarket. You can see Tokyo Skytree from the street in front of the hotel. There are a lot of free amenities including facial mask, moisturizing lotion, UV lotion, shaver, tooth brush, bath salts, tea, etc. The only downside that I find is that the TV is too old, we can't streaming from the TV and the hotel does not provide refilling water machine. They said you can drink directly from tap water.

We have to rent towel, the other hostel is included towel. Staff only give a key and don't give me direction, so I going to search my room by my self.

Very near with station, many restaurant around. Very comfortable room and clean. But I can not deliver the luggage to airport, it was reject by the receptionist, hotel only accept delivery to other hotel. And the reception lady give unclear information where to delivery company.

Nice hotel, we stay for 5 days, no complaint so far.
