It's very easy to find the hotel. Limited carpark and double decker carpark. Something new! Overall the hotel room is fine. But the toilet door 's knob is spoiled. The pillow case has some strands of hair on it, a bit unhygienic. The floor mat was tainted with red marks. It was our mistake for not checking the whole room and informing the staff beforehand. So, when we checked out the next day, the staff took so long to check the room. We wonder about the hotel named Cititel Express Ipoh will provide express execution but it 's not. We waited in the lobby for a long time. Quite a waste of our time. The staff informs us that the floor mat is tainted. They need to charge us rm 10 for the floor mat. The point is we are not the one who tainted the floor mat but charged us. We then inform them that the toilet door's knob is spoiled in the first place. The staff replied to us noted. We told the hotel staff that the pillow case is dirty too. The staff replied we should have ask the housekeeping to change for us. We thought a hotel suppose to do housekeeping properly for the comfort of the customers. Furthermore, we checked in at night. Conclusion, we paid rm 10 for the tainted floor mat and we left. If we are not in a hurry, we would have ask for the tainted floor mat to take away with us because we have paid for it. We are disappointed with the service provided by the hotel.
