First. I have a bad experience at their counter check in. The worker asking a deposit during check in. When I ask on why still need the deposit, the staff said I the event I made a faulty to the stuff inside the room then the deposit is as compensation. For me the way the staff respond towards me is very rude. Secondly, the room's pillow in blue colour smells stinky. They still provide it to guest. Thirdly, I asking the reception if I can check out a bit late since my flight was far longer after the check out. But the reception reply me if I late to check out later than 1pm then the system will automatic charge me for another night. It didn't happen in other hotel. This is the first I encounter like that.
