Hotel's process is very inconvenient to the traveler. They do not allow to leave your baggage in the hotel even after check out (which is a usual thing in other hotels as I've been travelling a lot). So we were forced to pay for another night just for our belonging even though our flight is just in the evening. Worse is, they let us use our existing room without cleaning it up the least. And take note, we initially requested for extension and we will pay but they did not allow. And yet they did not changed our room and toiletries as if we did not pay for it. Illogical and insensitive to the needs of the customers.

The check in was standard but flexible 👌🏻. But they don't provide the room cleaning for 4D3N, which is very uncomfortable and inconvenient for us. The room rather small and dusty since they're still under renovation. The most annoying part is the bathroom fan that very noisy. And since the bathroom so small the water from shower is spreads out and make the floor wet and slippery. In the facilities they have gym but in fact the gym are closed due to renovation/not available.

Family vacation

I've booked a double bed as I put a note on my reservation if I will be travelled with a baby. when I arrive it comes with twin beds combined become one, there's a hole gap in the middle and hard border from the bed. I can't put my baby sleep in the middle. I tried to sleep horizontally but I feel uncomfortable on my back. I complaint to have a room change to "real double bed" they said it full and doesn't get my notes about traveling with baby. they ask me to ask agent about it and they suggest me to come early in the morning to ask about room availability. The next morning I came at 10AM another reception person refused to change my room. they even said "i have to respect the one who pay more" WTF I am not asking for a room upgrade but I just want them to change my bed type into the real double bed. They give me one more blanket to fill in the gap but it didn't solved a problem as there was a bump after it. The room was small like h***, gloomy atmosphere. Not even worth a penny and 4 stars hotel. It just like a 1 or 2 stars hotel. Don't book it here.

Romantic Vacation

Disappointed, the receptionist is not so helpful. I was call to have and early check in possible the day before and someone on the phone said “Yes just come to early” but when I arrived at the hotel at about 9:30 am the lady receptionist said that I need to check in at 14:00!

Family vacation

Staff hotel not helpful, we arrived hotel at 5pm and want to check in, they tell that all system is error at that day and suggest us to leave the baggage at 2nd floors and come back at 9pm to check in again. But I explains that my son high fever and need take rest and the rule actually we can check in at 2pm. We booked 7 rooms, I just need one room to sick children, and the hotel staff cant help. And they asking us to canceled the room if unsatisfied with this hotel. How kinds??? It's not very good services!!! Where we can get 7 rooms at that time around with 10 adult and 16 child. I really never want to stay at this hotel anymore. They didn't brings us solution, however we just stay at lobby hotel until can check in at 8pm (early 1 hours than they suggest and still waiting 3 hours from our arrival time).

We are pleased to announce that breakfast will be reopen as of 1st Jun 2020, with opening hours between 07:30 and 10:30am (Monday to Friday only). And, provide American set breakfast at special price HKD55 per person and inclusive of 10% service charge. Lunch will be from 12:00-2:30pm (Monday to Friday only). Dinner will not be available at the moment
