The room is quite clean. The downside is that it is not soundproof. The breakfast is not worth it because there are not many varieties. Coming here for transit with a price of 200 thousand is quite worth it.

Overall, great! From the hotel room to the service. Suitable for family staycation or just a place to stay. However, the Wi-Fi is very slow so the smart TV is unusable.

gosh, the deposit is really high. Even a 5-star hotel usually only has a deposit of 300, maybe if it's a matter of deposit, it would be better to look at other hotels. There's no problem with the room, the problem is the receptionist, she doesn't seem to want to help at all. Even when calling, the opening is not good, good afternoon or something, Asking for late check out is incredibly stiff, even though I asked for an extra fee, it's okay, the reason is the room is full but I booked it on Traveloka again Can you do that?? A little solution, at least offer. Check out really has to be at 12.00, Saying thank you etc. doesn't work. When I say thank you the answer is "Yes", in other hotels the answer is definitely "You're welcome / with pleasure", sorry I don't mean to compare but in my opinion, apart from your nice room, the receptionist's manners must be maintained. Please, if someone reviews, pay attention to future evaluations, don't ignore it. thank you.

The room is very comfortable, the AC is cold, there are spider webs on the walls of the room but they are not disturbing, the only drawback is that the soundproofing is still lacking, the next room is very noisy, very disturbing to the point of being heard, overall okay & recommended
