Amaris Hotel Dewi Sri

Lokasi sesuai yang diharapkan, staff ramah, kamar cukup nyaman dan terang. Sedikit masalah ac tapi cepat direspon oleh staff. Ada sarapan walau kurang enak. Tapi sekitar banyak lokasi sarapan yang enak jadi no problem.

The hot water wasn't running, the bathroom was not clean, and the bed sheet was dirty. The hotel should improve the services a lot.

I enjoyed my stay at Amaris Hotel Dewi Sri because the location is very good. The hotel is near some good restaurant, such as Red Dragon Ramen, Pho Thin, ibab bali, and Nasi Tempong Bu Indra. Also, the hotel is closed to Bali Banana and Lapis Durian Monthong. So, I could went there just on foot. On the other hand, the room, facilities, and the food were fair.

Very good accommodation in bali. Strategic location.

The shower is not working, and the room smells so bad.

I would say it was an okay experience as the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly, nice and professional. The breakfast buffet was not bad too. The only problem that I had was the broken spring bed; I stayed at room 502. I hope they change the bed as soon as possible before another guest check in. I couldn't sleep at all as the spring bed was. Broken.

Breakfast at 8:35 am already empty no one refills and cleanliness is bad and the corridor is very smelly. The staff are very friendly and keep it up.

Firstly, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Just wonderful people. Location wise was strategic, with easy access to Sunset Road and relatively close to the tourist spots. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fine. However, it 's apparent that this hotel has not been well maintained over the years. The first room I was assigned to, I couldn't open the door because it got stuck to the floor behind, so the staff helped me switch to another room. The door handle was on the verge of coming lose, but at least the lock still worked. The linens weren't exactly perfectly white. The bathroom sink knob was hard to turn, as if it 's stuck on something. Most of the time, with the hot water fully switched on, only warm water would come out of the shower. The shower head itself hadn't been cleaned for a long time (lots of black stains on it), with most of holes clogged, so the shower head only worked in 2 modes. The lack of shower curtain was also problematic as lots of water would splash out and drench the bathroom mat. Overall, it 's “adequate”, especially considering the price. But I expected that basic maintenance and cleanliness to be upheld better. It may be a 2-star hotel, but that should reflect facilities, services, and amenities. It should not reflect the level of maintenance. I believe it 's time for a much-needed upgrade for this hotel to revamp its dated-ness.
