Spacious room, clean hotel room, complete breakfast (nice omelette and so tasty) recommend for family staycation & celebrate birthday👍🏻. Friendly and polite staff fr reception till engineer all so helpful, keep it up👍🏻😘

Clean rooms and good breakfast. But the swimming pool is not recommended because the water is not clean. My daughter has itchy skin after swimming

Holiday

I have booked 3 days of stay. 1st day until 4pm, house keeper still did not come to upkeep the room even after we have call for room to be upkeep 2 hours earlier. In the end we just request for change of towers and new replenishment for coffee. 2nd day we waited for house keeping until 4pm but still same thing happen, until we have to call operator to arrange upkeeping of the room.

stay in this hotel because traveloka gives a recommendation as one of clean hotels. they follow the healthy protocol nicely, it was an ok experience but they can do better.
