As an experience, I will share, before checking in at 21 DC here, ask for a complete list of items in the apartment because in my experience, when checking in and checking out, there is no unit handover for items in the room (self service) Yes, I didn't meet anyone, got the key myself in the locker according to the room number that the owner wa, after we paid a deposit of 300 thousand first, then we got instructions for taking the key and others), uh, I know when I check out, it's time to return the deposit (check out max at 12 noon late fined, deposit will be returned at 16.00) new wa said there are scissors missing from the apartment even though you can't see it's an item, the words really don't feel good. If you want to be professional, when you check in and check out, watch the list of items in the room and sign together if the items on the list are correct, and when checking out, if there aren't any or there are damaged items then being fined is not a problem, right? We checked together from the start when we entered the room. That's just fair and professional. It's not that after we go back to hometown, we get wa, it's not really good because I came in from the beginning to meet the owner or staff, just talk on the phone, the owner doesn't want to really (never wants to pick up the phone, when I get on the phone, I don't want to pick up but reply quickly chat wa). And after the new arguments return the deposit.

The rules are complicated, ask according to hotel standards but the condition of the unit is not hotel standard, is the check-in and check-out time the same as the hotel? Very strange, repeatedly reminded to check out on time, made me uncomfortable, even though we paid not to ride there, there was a lot of damage in the unit, it's best to fix it first if you want to rent it to someone else. Sorry, just this one time, I don't want it anymore. Disappointing.

Plus: a studio room type room according to the photo with an area the size of a hotel room *4 and the location is strategic because 1 friend with BPPn Plaza, provided additional pillows. Minuses: semi-apartment concept because there is no kitchen (only a table equipped with a sink, air fryer and electric kettle), so there is no electric stove & cooking utensils, parking fees are normal (not free) so that for 2 days I stayed the parking fee was almost 150 thousand. Previously, I had stayed in Borneo Bay, but at the Martadipura tower, with the same price but still more comfortable because it was wider and there was a kitchen with cooking utensils available.

The equipment in the room is in accordance with the photo of the studio room on Traveloka, bro. Air Fryer can be used to cook / heat food without oil, without smoke & can use a timer. It's very suitable in a situation of expensive oil like this, bro. For parking fees, follow the mall's rules, sis, that's beyond my capacity. Please be wiser in giving comments, brother. Thank you 🙏
