Luxury Hotels in Ancol, North Jakarta

Staff were very frriendly. Same atmosphere when walked into the hotel many years ago. Big parking space. Easy to walk to the beach and other amusement sites in Ancol. Booked two rooms. The hotel had a facelift inside out. So, the rooms and lobby looked refresh. First sea view room was cockcroach invested. The hotel immediately got us a new room and gave fruit package. Unfortunately the ac was broken in the new room. So, at night it got hot. They got a repair man came in on the 1st night but still hot. I don't bother to call again. Had to call up twice before new towels got delivered. They charged extra for additional towel (but not for towel exchange). Breakfast was very packed (it was festive season, so the hotel rooms were sold out). The taste of the breakfast food was so so and they needed to improve on the speed of replenishing the food and utensils faster. Additional pax for breakfast was 200k. Excessive price for the breakfast quality. The hotel has kiddy playroom (good for toddlers and young kids) and swimming pools. Nelayan Bar was good. The waitress was attentive, the food and coffee were good but the prices was skyrocket! Ordered 3 cups of coffee had to forked out over 200k! The hotel shop has good selections of relevant goods. Would I go there again? YES for sure. It has been one of the icon of Ancol since many years ago so you get this nostalgic look and feel. Truly a family hotel. Just be prepared that you may not get the best standard you would have expected in other international 4 stars hotels.

Clean, need to bring your own eating facility if you plan to do so in the hotel. Got water (hot, normal and cold) luckily got Alfamart beside this hotel, so you can still reach affordable goods easily.

Quite acceptable. Need to renovate the ceiling, there is stain due to leaking pipe or something. The water pressure is quite weak, showering sensation is just so so.

Hotelnya OK, resepsionisnya gercep cm nggu 1 menit bs lgs msk kamar. Kamar ckup bersih, handuk wangi. Sabun dan shampoo proper. Kasur cukup, bukan poket spring, tapi ckup you/ semalam, ac bersih semaleman tidur ga bikin tengg kering. Dikasih free water. Minusnya: pintu susah nutup, sama condensor ac tetangga ckup berisik ngung ngung sepanjang malem🤭

Good for family vacation. Bathroom shower was leaked and some furniture are old. Nice environment and pool. Overall still a nice place to spend time with family.
