I think its the most valued property in the area, room was comfort with good ac, shower with water heater, big bed with clean linen, but still need improvement with another equipment (refrigerator was not in good condition).
Because the hotel staff said the online agent had not yet entered the payment. Even though in my account there is a pay later payment. So hotel staff always ask guests. Even though I already showed the hotel voucher. Hopefully online agents quickly follow up on things like this. Thanks.
