AC kurang dingin, sarapan sebetulnya untuk rasa sih lumayan cuma kurang bervariasi aja. Staff ramah semua, lokasi super strategis deket ke mana-mana. Lobby & restaurant agak panas ya karena ruangannya terbuka

The best location, close to Alun2, Rita Supermall & not far from culinary spots, Baturaden etc. The hotel itself is clean & comforting. Various breakfast choices. Overall is excellent 👍.

Thank to the hospitality from front officer and security guard. But maybe check to publish rate from the hotel again, it ' s more cheaper, same rate or more higher. Due went we check publish rate it ' s more lower than app. Overall good place for stay 1 or 2 nights only, walking distance to alun-alun, mall. Easy find for foods and beverage ' s.

I’m a backpacker. This is my horrible experience! We never had this kind of f***ing things with another hotel (same price budget hotel) There’s no blanket no towel there’s is TV they put little bit higher than my bed but there’s no remote ! So many mosquitoes. Fan wasn’t working properly it was horible night we can’t sleep at all! Pokoknya super kapok, big no to comeback. G tau bak mandi ato airnya but itu berpasir. About attitude staff skali 1-10 saya kasih 7 yg buat shift mlmny 5 ! G tau ngantuk lelah atau apa but not suppose to be like that!

Saya dateng subuh2 dr mudik, rencana mw buat tidur sampe siang. Sampe hotel staffnya gak dateng2, tanya org yg didepan katanya beda manajemen dan gak mau tau pdhal nmnya msh 1 hotel. Lbh terkejut lagi kamarnya berantakan bgt kaya rumah gembel, kasur buluk, apalagi spreinya menjijikan, bantal tipis dan kumal. The worst ever. Bukan hotel ini, kalo boleh dibilang gudang. Subuh keluar anak2 tanggung pasangan mw check out, baru ngeh ini hotel bisa jam2an yg bisa jd tempat org kantong cekak memadu hasrat. Jadinya subuh itu juga kami langsung ganti hotel. Dan tdk ada refund sama sekali.
