Very pleasant stay, clean and comfy room. Would love to stay here again. If only the have swimming pool and Netflix, would be my favorite place for staycation. But again, a very pleasant experience.

Sudah sering tinggal di hotel ini. Sejak tahun 2005 an. Halaman parkir yang luas. Kamar nya luaa. Dan hotel nya sudah renovasi. Sehingga makin nyaman. Dan. Tekanan air di shower kamar mandi konsisten kencang. Terima kasih. Salam sukses.

This picture taken from 7th floor. I stayed at 701 and 703 (this smoking room, maybe a little smell of cigarettes) I take this room because they say no others connecting room anymore. This is the only one connecting room. But I forgot to take a room picture. Overall was good from the customer service, breakfast and my kids really likes the swimming pool. The Hotel has a warm water and clean swimming pool. Thank you for your hospitality as along as I stay there with my family.

1. We arrived at 14. 30PM, but the rooms were not ready; And we finally checked in at 16.00.2. The Hotel Lobby was extremely hot! Our baby has to sleep in the Toilet because of the hot lobby and our room were not READY even though we arrived at around 14. 30PM. 3. The staff and manager said that the turn off the AC in the LOBBY (Whole ground floor), LIFT, and Rooms Corridor due to saving budget? That is horrible and can count as ROBBERY (Because we paid the ROOMS in full price and normal condition)! 4. They only provide 2 bottle of water in each room; And if we need any additional water, they will charge it Rp 25.000? This is nonsense. First of all, in every stay, hotel room usually provide 4 bottle of water (2 in the toilet, 2 in the minibar, as minimal), and we allowed to have additional 2 bottle of water. HOWEVER, considering this is so called 5 star hotel? Grand Mercure Kemayoran only limit 2 bottle of water in each room every day? This is robbery! 5. They only provide 2 large towels for shower. Where are the other 2 small towels? They do not provide it and we have to ask the hotel to give us the small towels? 6. Because of this nonsense regulation, if we order Grabfood, Gofood, or Food Delivery; We have to collect the item in the Car Entrance (which is quite far and annoying). They don't allow the Courier to bring the item to the Hotel concierge, due to safety matters! Nonsense! 7. We ordered baby crib, but the baby crib was DIRTY! The baby pillows were dirty! 8. I stayed in this hotel 2 times before the pandemic and those stays were great. However, since out last stay, we will never coming back to this hotel! HORRIBLE!

I booked a double room in this hostel which was well rated. I think I had the worst (room and° 306): correct bedding, Wi-Fi undetectable in this room and slow in other areas, the towels placed on the bed were wet, and so was the bed, the walls were cracked, the toilets were leaking, the tap is so short that it is impossible to wash your hands, the shower pressure was not good at all, as a result I had to use the toilet shower to wash myself, the worst, I have doubts about cleaning the rooms because there were cockroaches when I returned late one evening. Very nice to have to ask to change rooms and move all your stuff after a long day and the bedding in the other room is very average. Otherwise I will try to say good things about the hostel: the decoration is nice between wooden and industrial style, the lobby is very large, there is a connected TV with Netflix, some board games, a water fountain, cutlery and dishes as well as a microwave to be able to reheat your food. No breakfasts offered however. The hostel is open to the 4 winds so there are mosquitoes everywhere, especially on the 3rd floor (that of the individual rooms) as well as in the lobby, this makes the stay and the presence in common areas much less pleasant. The water fountain on the 3rd floor was never changed during my stay. The person at reception I dealt with one evening was really not friendly. I asked him for change so I could pay for a taxi, he told me they didn't have any change. Which is a lie since they accept it when you pay for the reservation and I had to leave a cash deposit for the room key. He lied to me even more when I wanted to break my ticket by buying a packet of biscuits that the hostel offered at reception, saying that he didn't have the money to give me change.
