It was a good time staying in this hotel. Nice— warm staffs and nice view from your room. Perfect for honeymoon, staying with family or just taking short staycation. Plenty options for breakfast too. Excellent experience with Aston Inn Batu.

I really enjoyed our stay with this hotel. Clean and spacious room with jug to unlimited water refill. Breakfast was awesome! Its literally breakfast with a view. You can see mountain and city view from the restaurant, or you can sit in outdoor area. Lots of food to choose, and the taste also OK for hotel breakfast. The location also perfect if you wanna go to Jatim Park area. Really recommended this hotel. Not so expensive, and worth every penny

The room was quite small but clean. Only 2 minutes away from Museum Angkut. We left some personal belonging in the room when we checked out, the staff being so helpful found it for us. They even did the extra miles by sending our belonging to our home in Jakarta. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Superb location related to Jatimpark attractions. Good staffs in the front office. But not very much to Aston's standards in F&B (restaurant services) as well as house keeping services. We were grossly disappointed with the New Year pool party. Although the event was damaged by heavy rain (which was beyond control) but the impact was not that bad if the management prepare a "Plan B", such as using the restaurant for the dining place. The BBQ place was full of standing crowds, and we decided to go back to our rooms and just forgot the paid event. Further more, ala carte food services need to be improved very much. Not only the waiting time, but also the sequence of services. The serving of the main dishes between the first person to the last person in the table differ more than one hour. This is not a standard of a well reputed hotel. We chose and booked Aston early in the year (with a premium price) mainly because we expect to have decent services, related to the international hotel chain standard.

We will pay more attention to our speed of service in A la cart especially at the rush hour, that may cause inconvenience. For the pool party indeed the weather was beyond our power, but since it was a pool party theme and we expect everyone coming knew there will be outdoor and wet, that is why we keep the venue in the pool until the countdown party. Once again, we apologize profusely for our services that did not meet your expectations. We hope that this does not reduce your interest in returning to stay at ASTON Inn Batu or our other brand.
