I like staying here because I feels comfortable with the Deluxe sized room and hope the deluxe will have bathtub in the bathroom soon overall I like here.

The choice of excellent hotel in Jember is limited. And glad that Aston is a good choice. Picked the bigger room with working desk. Shower is great with nice hot water. But the property is aging. Most hotel didn’t provide mineral bottle in the room, so they provide dispenser in the corridor. And the water is really nice, I would say very close to Evian ♥️ Couldn’t catch the breakfast downstairs, we asked for breakfast in room. And they brought nice bubur ayam with some pastries.

The location is strategic, not far from downtown. The food is delicious and the bedroom is comfortable. 2 times staying there never find any disappointment. Two thumbs up!

4 Stars hotel. Feels like Budget Hotel. Wastafel Drainage broken. And they fixed it like amateur. Water drained OK, but it leaked at the bottom. (Joining between pipe and floor, not sealed correctly).

Nice hotel, stay in 2 connecting room with family. Positive: access city, view, food, pool. Negative: drainage, main door & toilet door handle are broken.

I stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The location is strategic, not too far from the downtown but it 's quiet. The staffs are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. I can not find any weakness. But the most thing that impress me is the honesty of the staffs. I left my necklace at the bathroom and didn't check when checking out. The day after I've just realized and contacted the hotel and thanks God it is kept by the staffs and directly delivered at the same day. I really appreciate their honesty and I will give 5 stars to their service.
