Great service from front of the house till back of the house, very friendly a lot of smile helpful and the food very delicious and the room very comfortable great location in the middle of the city make easy the going everywhere exploring Samarinda city

We. Arrived at 15.00 room not prepared, for double deluxe room, receptionist asked to wait for 1 hours to wait to prepare, after 1 hours we got the room, we disappointed, since the bed was twin bed but they joined the twin bed become double, which was we have not clean on wall (as I know Aston standard quality room) room and poor prepared, and I was complain to Recepsionist, to change the room with the real Double Deluxe room, and quiet supprised the recepsionist easyly change the room within 10 min only and room ready, Is it Aston trick? Selling poor room, and when we check in we registered my car plate no. For Parking facility and confirmed by recepsionist, but when we check out, when we passed the parking pos, they said my car not registered? What the. Anyway I not recommended this Aston Samarinda Hotel, as I have good experience high standard Aston all over indonesia, but Aston Samarinda Hotel feel like 2 stars hotel.
