Not happy with the room. Smoking room. The hotel must be work harder to make the next guests feel comfortable in this hotel.

Budget hotel around nagoya batam, however very less facilities as there's no elevator, not much choice for breakfast and to many small cockroach in the room and there's problem with the hot water or maybe there's no hot water for bathing.
